He joined Information Technology in UAE at graduate entry level in 2005, he spent two years in the UAE in a senior sales and marketing role for IT Technology

Vaibhav was the managing partner of Tetra Infotech Dubai business between 2006 and 2006. From 2007 to 2010, he was in the role of Senior Digital Marketing, IT Projects.

2011 he started his own firm Webprint Solution, under that company he achieved rewards & awards from existing clients, survey company one of them is Silicon India. Co Working Space was the dream project to Vaibhav and in 2018 he went for that project. In 2020-21 he expanded in India and USA for Co Working Space and other businesses.
