What It Is?

We have a unit named as YOGMuDa which is Yog Music Dance or we can say, Yog Mudra Dance comprising various mudras, different forms of dance, and several genres of music.
With the anesthetic amalgam of mystical art forms which are yog, music, dance and mudra recreation happens, and through that, you can innovate and invent.

How Clinical Technology Helps?

For that, we have introduced HEG technology which can measure your brain. A belt based on LASER technology is tied around your forehead and an visuals will be shown on the computer screen in front of you and a brain measurement is taken from that. We will take the measurement in the Morning when you actively work and one in the evening when you are drained and out of energy. After a span of 10 to 15 days, we will give you a measurement report that will quite beneficial for you. We will do these brain analyses for your performance enhancement and for your healthy mind.

How It Works?

Everyone has their own style or interest in recreation. sometimes we stuck on a single song and we listen to it on loop.. which is also a medium of recreation. Whereas sometimes regardless of the pain or pleasure, a particular song becomes our companion. it sort of soothes our emotions. That particular song, if someone feels that I can play it on piano or a flute, whereas, someone feels that I can dance on this tune. Like this, we will work for your recreation either in our co-working space or in our Centre or even in your office, we can come and materialize your needs.
