shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

• We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the
decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit
mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Special Clause for Meeting Room, Day Pass , Monthly Rental of Cabin, open desk, dedicated desks etc.-
1) 15 minutes before and after grace period is allowed for meeting after that, hourly basis charges will be applicable.
2) Deposit is Rs.5000 or more, refundable while leaving the space. Damage, extra charges of food and use of space will be deducted from the deposit (if not paid)
3) Illegal activities are not allowed in premises
4) Outside food is not allowed in premises without permission
5) Delivery of any products or services is not allowed in premises
6) Only access of meeting room, reception area, washrooms and Cafeteria, other area access is restricted
7) Arguments and Misbehave with our staff and management will terminate the contract immediately and Money will not be refunded
8) We have Women’s Safety Policy, please respect that and convey to your team members
09) Third Party services like Food supply, Electricity, Internet failure etc, we will be not responsible, No refund will be happened.
10) Do not offer Bribe, Money, Food or any thing to our staff which will consider as a deceiving act. Still if you want to offer such a things please do by written permission of management authority.
11) Underage or minor Person is not allowed in the office premises, but if parents or any adult person is ready to take the responsibility on verbal or written communication is acceptable.
12) Enjoy co working space is not responsible, if there is failure of Third Party Services like electricity, internet, WiFi or any technical glitches etc. 

13)Argument/disputes/fights with management and any team member of enjoy co working space will take as a legal offence. 

14) Putting fake comments, and negative rating on online reviews or online bad publicity or verbal bad publicity in office premises or elsewhere will take it as a legal offence and necessary action will be taken immediately.
